Arnone, Commissioner Sue Kiley, Commissioner Ross Licitra, Commissioner Erik Anderson, Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon, Surrogate Maureen Raisch, Prosecutor Raymond Santiago, and Assistant Prosecutor Julia Alonso attended the dedication of the Honorable Lawrence M.
