MCPB Administration

The Administration is comprised of the Planning Director, Edward Sampson, PP, AICP, the Assistant Planning Director, Joe Barris, PP, AICP, and the Administrative Secretary.  Administration is responsible for managing staff, setting policy, preparing regional reports and studies, and coordinating activities with other departments. The Director and Assistant Director serve as Executive Staff to the Planning Board. The Administrative Secretary also serves as Secretary to the Planning Board.
