Mobile County Connection

Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon has joined with County Sheriff Shaun Golden and County Surrogate Rosemarie Peters to bring the services of their constitutional offices to residents of several municipalities over the coming months. 

The Mobile County Connection office is housed in a large mobile command center. Some services are available inside the host community location. During each mobile event, residents can speak directly with the staff of each of the offices:  

  • The County Clerk's Office staff are available to help residents apply for and renew their passports as well as have passport photos taken. Residents also have access to free notary services and voter/election information.
  • The Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office offers Youth and Ident-Adult Identification Cards and information on the proper installation of child safety seats, along with other agency services.
  • The Monmouth County Surrogate’s Office has information regarding estate, guardianship and adoption services and other programs.
