Kershaw Commons Housing

 

The Monmouth County Public Housing Agency will be accepting pre applications for a project-based voucher waiting list for Kershaw Commons in Freehold Township. The vouchers will be available to people who would like to live at Kershaw Commons, 600 Applewood Drive, in one of the 30 housing units available under the program.

 

To be eligible, an adult member of a household must meet income requirements and have a long-term disability that qualifies household members for support services available at Kershaw Commons. The services include, but are not limited to multiple sclerosis (MS) specific self-help groups; MS wellness classes, financial assistance and information and referral to MS medical personnel and counseling. 

 

Interested individuals must submit, in person, a “Pre-application for Project Based Waiting List at Kershaw Commons” form at the CentraState Medical Center, Tobias Ambulatory Campus, Rehabilitation Center Office, first floor at 901 West Main Street, Freehold. If you are unable to submit the pre-application because of a disability, call 800-344-4867, ext. 43215 for assistance.  

 

Dates and times to hand deliver the application are:

Monday, June 13 – 9 am. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m.

Tuesday, June 14 – 9 am. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday, June 15 – 9 am. to 1 p.m.

Thursday, June 16 – 9 am. to 1 p.m.

Friday, June 17 – 9 am. to 1 p.m.
