Development Review
- Encourages pre-application meetings with applicants and municipal professionals prior to the formal submission of a subdivision or site plan to provide guidance on Monmouth County development requirements as well as traffic and stormwater issues.
- Maintains an on-line database of all subdivisions and site plans submitted to the Monmouth County Planning Board.
- Creates customized data tables from the database upon request.
