NJ Rules and Statutes
Our governing N.J. state statutes are found in NJSA 40A:11-1 et seq., the "Local Public Contracts Law". Accompanying regulations are found in NJAC 5:34 et seq. Changes to our laws and regulations are frequently passed by the legislature, and therefore, will affect the operating procedures of the Purchasing Division.
