Middletown & Red Bank - West Front Street (CR10), Bridge S-17 (Hubbards Bridge)
The new West Front Street Bridge (S-17) is under construction and is expected to be completed in May 2016. The existing bridge will remain open to traffic for the majority of the project, with the exception of a four month period beginning in January 2015.

Project Background: In April 2012, Monmouth County, in cooperation with North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, New Jersey Department of Transportation, and Federal Highway Administration, hosted Public Information Center meetings regarding the replacement of Monmouth County Bridge S-17, Hubbards Bridge. The purpose of the Public Information Center meetings was to inform the public of the project status of the replacement of the Monmouth County Bridge S-17, Hubbards Bridge, as well as to respond to any questions you may have regarding the project. These meetings are being conducted in conformance with Federal and State regulations. The public was encouraged to comment on the project and written comments were accepted through May 24, 2012.
