The Monmouth County Workforce Investment Board is committed to its mission of building a high quality, performance-driven workforce development system.  By blending dynamic leadership and a clear vision with ongoing continuous improvement activities, the WIB's goal is to ensure that all businesses and citizens of Monmouth County have access to effective and efficient services.

Anyone involved with endeavors such as those of the Workforce Investment Board can appreciate the enormous amount of work, skill, coordination and time required for success.  None of our accomplishments would be possible without the many dedicated individuals - WIB members and our partners alike - who unselfishly contribute their exceptional talents to the WIB.

Since its inception, the WIB has placed a priority on building strategic partnerships with various colleagues and organizations throughout the Monmouth County area, and the collective wisdom and dedication of these working collaboratives have been integral to the WIB's success.

I deeply appreciate all the assistance provided by our many partners and WIB members.  They understand that a high quality workforce development system not only benefits job seekers and employers, but augments Monmouth County's economic development and social well being as well.  With their ongoing support, I am confident that the WIB will successfully meet the diverse challenges before us, and ensure that only services of the highest quality are offered to the citizens and businesses of Monmouth County.
