Fingerprint Requirement
For Monmouth County Conditional Job Offers
All applicants upon receipt of a conditional job offer are responsible for the fingerprinting process which includes payment of fees prior to a final job offer. If you have any questions, please contact the Human Resources Department at 732-431-7300.
Before you begin, you will need to have the following available:
STEP ONE

Open the Fingerprint Form using the link below provided by the vendor, IdentoGo by Morpho Trust USA.
Complete Questions 9 – 25 online and then *print the form; (you will not be able to save the document). You may also print a blank form and neatly print the information in black ink.
*You are required to bring this form with you to your scheduled appointment; otherwise you will not be fingerprinted.
Refer to the information pre-printed on this form, Questions 1 – 7 and Question 26, in order to successfully schedule your appointment.

STEP TWO

Schedule your appointment via the web.
You will be prompted to a data entry screen asking you to complete a series of both personal and employer specific questions.
Use the printout from STEP ONE to complete the employer specific Questions 1 – 7 and Question 26. You must complete the information online exactly as it appears on the Fingerprint Form, otherwise you will not be fingerprinted.
