Seasonal badges for 2016 are available for purchase now for many of Monmouth County’s beaches, including Belmar, Long Branch, Manasquan (seasonal badges and parking pass sales end Tuesday, Dec. 15), Monmouth Beach, Ocean Grove and Sea Bright (reduced 50% until March 31, 2016).
