County bridge ML-4 in Marlboro to close July 23
Repair work to last between four and six weeks

MARLBORO, NJ – County bridge ML-4 on Robertsville Road between Lafayette Road and Lafayette Mills Road will be closed beginning 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23 to rebuild abutments on both sides of the bridge.

It is estimated that these repairs will take between four and six weeks to complete.

“County crews will be working to complete the work necessary to return the road to working order,” Freeholder Thomas A. Arnone said. “The County understands the inconvenience that this work may have on the motoring public in Marlboro and we will work to get Robertsville Road reopened as quickly as possible.”

Motorists in on Robertsville Road should follow the posted detours.

In total, the County maintains of approximately 1,000 lane miles of roads, 980 bridges and culverts and 250 traffic signals and beacons.
